We are seeking a talented individual for our Client Care Representative - HOA role to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients, including top tier, with daily requests and complex projects.
- Assist with routing and assigning incoming tickets to various departments for diagnosis.
- Monitor daily activities to ensure client requests, including mailings and reports, are accurately and on time.
- Work close with Client Care Supervisor and Director Client Care on special projects and corporate initiatives
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make resourceful decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
What You Will Need to be Successful
- College degree or equivalent combination of college/advanced education and 1-3 years’ experience in either a client services/account specialist position or industry related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, esp. Excel and Word. Experience with SalesForce a plus.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to listen, clarify and respond clearly to questions
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a range of people/personalities as a team
- A strong work ethic, self-motivated, accountable and possessing a sense of ownership in their work
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Possessing a passion for teamwork, client service, and supporting company goals.
