Marketing Coordinator, Events & Communications

OSG is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator, Events & Communications to join our team!

This individual will play a critical role in supporting our marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution of events, campaigns, and communications. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with team members across the organization to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute logistics for tradeshows, including registration, payment, booth setup, show vendors and promotional materials.
  • Manage pre-show and post-show campaigns driving engagement at the show and post-show follow up
  • Manage planning and logistics for OSG webinars and online events
  • Manage all corporate social media channels including branding, company information and imagery.
  • Coordinate the creation, editing, and publishing of thought leadership content to increase website traffic and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and schedule engaging social media content to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Track and manage marketing budgets for events, campaigns, and other initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Must have experience with tradeshow or event coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in technology platforms, such as WordPress, Salesforce.com, and Pardot or similar marketing automation program.
